Huh'd you say?

Todd took the boys to have a sleep over (of the Jammy/Grandy kind) in Athens last weekend. They tooled about town going to see friends and doing a little shopping. Well, somehow this movie ended up in one of shopping baskets and it resembles the movie CARS. Reed had the most excited voice telling me all about this movie (even though he hasn't seen it) and kept saying "Yea, mommie, see Lightning he's gonna win the PISSIN Cup!" Ok, he almost had it right as those of us know, it's the PISTON Cup, but it sounded so funny and he didn't know he was saying a funny word, that I kept asking him to say it!

I'm on a Boat

What a day to be on the lake! Well, for 2 hours atleast, until the storm chased us to shore. We tri-tooned it to McIntyre Island where we explored, floated, and jumped all around Allatoona Lake. Thanks Lorin and Sean for taking us on your boat!

Here comes the rain! Land ho!!!

Movin' On Up

Today marks the first day for the boys to be in Miss Jessica and Miss Lisa's class! They were so excited this morning and couldn't choke down their breakfast fast enough. I don't think they understand that they are growing up too fast and need to slow down :o)

Bittersweet

Today marks the last day of the boys as "Busy Bees". That is the name of the classroom they are in (for the last day) today. Tomorrow they will be moving to the 4 year old class, getting ready for their transition to Pre-K in the fall (YAY!). Miss Candace and Miss Jill have been so great and they'll still see them everyday through the window wall, but I'm sure they'll miss being in their class.

Hooray for earrings!

Congrats to Anna and her big girl pierced ears! I remember how excited and scared I was when I was 10 and got my ears pierced and from what I hear, she did a great job. I can't wait to take her shopping for pretty bling blang!

Sleepover...of the Halloran kind

Last weekend we had all three Halloran kids over to stay the night so Sean and Dardar could go out for a little time to celebrate their anniversary. Happy Anniversary, you two!
Reed and Nolan followed Braden and Wil around like little lost puppies and laughed a ginormous laugh every time they did something slightly funny. We went to the pool and threw tennis balls on the roof of the pump house...yes, a pool is within 10 feet and boys would rather throw balls, go figure!

They stayed in the nice and refreshing pool for several hours while I sweated my tush off on the tennis courts (only to get beaten so badly my score was in the negatives!).

We had a great time with the kiddos and I think they had fun with us. Wil seemed to be having such a great time he even said "Cinny, can we do this again? Like, next summer?!?" Uh, yea, or how about THIS summer, Wil!
